Travel Guide – Full Day Malacca Private Car Charter for 1 Car

Voucher Terms & Conditions 

1. This voucher is valid until 30 June 2026 and must be redeemed within the validity period. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

2. This voucher is valid for a full-day private car charter from Kuala Lumpur to Malacca (1 car, 10 hours, maximum 4 passengers).

3. Reservation is required and must be made at least 3 days in advance, subject to vehicle and driver availability.

4. After successful purchase, please contact guantey87@gmail.com via email to make a reservation and provide your order or voucher details for verification.

5. This service is a round-trip day charter from Kuala Lumpur to Malacca. Any extension of duration or travel to additional locations may incur extra charges, which can be confirmed with the driver.

6. This service is for transportation purposes only. The driver does not provide tour guiding, commentary, or on-site accompaniment.

7. Routes, stops, and visit order may be discussed with the driver but must comply with the 10-hour charter duration and prevailing traffic conditions.

8. Actual usage time starts from the confirmed pick-up time. Overtime usage may be subject to additional charges.

9. All vouchers sold are non-refundable. Please confirm your travel plans before purchase.

10. Once a reservation is confirmed, late cancellations or no-shows will be considered as voucher used, with no refund or rescheduling.

11. The voucher is valid only for the confirmed date and one vehicle and cannot be split, resold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

12. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The organiser is not liable for any loss or damage.

13. Vehicle type is not fixed. The organiser reserves the right to adjust vehicle arrangements due to traffic conditions, weather, vehicle scheduling, or safety considerations.

14. The organiser reserves the right to make the final interpretation and amendments to these voucher terms and conditions.
