1. This voucher is valid until 30 June 2026 and must be redeemed on or before the expiry date. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

2. All vouchers sold are non-refundable. Please review the tour details carefully before purchase.

3. Reservation is required and must be made at least 5 days in advance, subject to tour and boat availability.

6. This tour includes light fishing, a mangrove wildlife cruise, and a local dinner. As this is an experience-based activity, fish species, size, and catch quantity are not guaranteed.

7. The itinerary may be adjusted or cancelled due to weather conditions, sea conditions, wildlife availability, technical issues, or safety considerations, at the organiser’s discretion.

8. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, alternative arrangements or rescheduling will be handled according to the organiser’s policy.

9. Once a reservation is confirmed, late cancellations or no-shows will be considered as voucher used, with no refund or rescheduling.

10. The voucher is valid only for the specified number of participants and cannot be split, resold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

11. Participants must ensure they are physically fit for sea and nature-based activities and comply with all safety instructions given by the crew or staff.

12. Participants are strongly advised to purchase personal travel or activity insurance.
