Voucher Terms & Conditions 

1. This voucher is valid until 30 June 2026 and must be redeemed on or before the expiry date. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

2. All vouchers sold are non-refundable. Please review the details carefully before purchase.

3. Reservation is required and must be made at least 5 days in advance, subject to boat availability and schedule confirmation.

4. After purchase, please contact loveyouyousemporna@gmail.com to make a reservation and provide your voucher or order details for verification.

6. This is an experience-based fishing activity. Catch size, type, and quantity are not guaranteed.

7. The itinerary may be adjusted or cancelled due to weather conditions, sea conditions, technical issues, or safety considerations, at the organiser’s discretion.

8. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, alternative arrangements or rescheduling will be handled according to the organiser’s policy.

9. Once a reservation is confirmed, late cancellations or no-shows will be deemed as voucher used, with no refund or rescheduling allowed.

10. The voucher is valid only for the specified number of participants and cannot be split, resold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

11. Participants must ensure they are physically fit for sea activities and comply with all safety instructions given by the crew or staff.

12. Participants are strongly advised to purchase personal travel or activity insurance.
